Construction of bakelite pen shaped holder.

The brass bristles feed from a twist of the pen top and are useful for a variety of tough cleaning tasks, including rusty parts and electrical contacts. This pen can also be used to put a matte finish on a high gloss strap by very gently brushing on the surface.
